Name is never to be given out on internet. Rule set by loving parent. Oh who am I kidding? So yes, my name’s Jeneva. Most call me Jen and I most prefer it that way, thank you very much. Some call me Jenny. My dad calls me Neng. Until now, I never knew how that came about. I have a much much longer name but I'll leave it as it is for the sake of internet safety precautions... but on second thought, not that many people read this crappy blog... at least I don't think so.

Emotional is my middle name. Well, not really, but you know where I’m getting at. I cry at literally anything. Whether it’s happy/sad/sweet/ridiculous/pathetic, yep, I tear up. I seriously don’t know what’s wrong with me. I should get my tearducts checked, shouldn’t I? They’re uncontrollable it’s not even funny.

Sibling is fortunately one and only but that does not mean that she couldn’t be considered an endangered species and taken away, in case one of these days I go psycho, kill her, and then she becomes lost to the world. If I had 3 words to describe her: violent, rowdy, noisy. Mind you, she’s only 7. Keywords are ‘she’ and ‘7’.

Music is something I love. Of course, who doesn't? I'm not the kind who listens to anything, everything though I must admit. I cannot stand rock/hip-hop. Well, if it's John Mayer-esque rock, I'd love it. But if it's AC/DC-esque rock, I'd probably don't. Yeah, I'm picky. Being in my church choir, of course I love gospel music. Pop, Soul/Blues... yup. I think my dad plays a huge part in how I came about liking only those genre of music. The fact that I grew up in a Filipino community where we consider soprano-type voices fan-flippin-tastic doesn't help either.

TV is one thing I never have time for. If I'm lucky I may be able to watch a few shows a week. Other than that, I basically don't watch it. I know it exists. It just doesn't exist in the places I want it too. For me, it has always been the internet. Seriously, I cannot go a day without switching my computer on. I guess my so-called addiction on graphic design doesn’t help. Neither does knowing that there are awesome people waiting for me at Archuletafans.com, Team Archie and ZF. Besides, without the internet, how the heck could I act all Mission Impossible (in this case, possible) and find juicy stuff regarding Zac and Vanessa's relationship? Cyeah, I thought so.

Actors are people I have total respect for. I honestly can't imagine having a camera shoved in my face while I'm trying to do something that everyone else does. Besides, some of them are so good it’s just amazing to me that they can revert back to being normal people when they're roles are all over. I don’t know, being an actor is just not my forte. It’s funny how people say I could be an actress. After reading this paragraph, think again.

I find fan-girling insanely embarrassing but that hasn't stopped me yet. That's about it. True, my opinion about fan-girling isn't much of a clincher but hey, no one actually reads this part.

David Archuleta overdose! Sigh.

David's mini-concert + CD Signing at Iluma Shopping Mall!

Unlike most of the other DASG members who were there since the mall opened at 10am in the morning, Lydia & I reached at like 3.30pm and gosh, the line was long. We were sooo worried that we wouldn't be able to see the freakin' stage! But Sheryl. I loveee her. She let us go right in front, with the other DASG members. Oh and did I mention that I saw some Springfielders there? Yeah, that was weird. I saw one of my guy seniors. Shikin's classmate, gosh. I saw a teacher! A malay teacher, but idk the name ): Anyways, so around 5pm, they finally let us in the mall. 4 by 4, to check if we have the Singapore version of the album.

And gosh, I was literally right in front of the stage, in the middle. Daniel was beside me, Lydia was a few people away from me, but it was all good. I was actually behind Daniel but since he's like 1.90+cm tall, he let me move in front haha. So we sat and waited for 7pm. They were playing David's album during the wait and whenever the song changes, people would scream their heads off. The host, I think it's a radio DJ, laughed and shooked her head whenever that happens hehehe. People were singing along like crazy too. Gosh. Channel News Asia was there. The mall was packed man. The first floor was crazyyyy full. Until outside the mall. 2nd-4th floor were packed! I definitely didn't expect that much people to come! But like people say, it's David freakin' Archuleta.

Weiyan, Kitty, Sal, Sheryl, Larissa, Yasmin, Nora went for the meet & greet at around 6.30. Lucky them! Anyways, He went in through the back door of the mall, and people who were near that door keeps screaming whenever the door opens when it's not even him! -_-'' It was literally like "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" It happened like 4 times! And when he finally came, my first thought was OH MY GOD. Sal was tearing. He looks really... white. Like white white, American white. He was practically glowing, his eyes were shining, he was so damn happy. His face is flawlesssss. Haha. He looks so much hotter in person, even if that were possible. His outfit was to die for mannn. He was wearing a tieeeee.

91.3FM DJs were there and they said that whenever we see them, shout 913 ROCKS! So we did haha and they gave us a thumbs-up. Loud screams everywhereee (I was one of them hehe)! When he went up the stage, he didn't say anything, he started singing "Touch My Hand". Oh my god, he sounds exactly like the album. Even the freakin' runs and high notes, and if you listen to his songs, you know how high the high notes are. During one of the lines, he was staring right at Rachel and pointing at her! I was dying for her omg. He was jumping around the stage gosh. Jeff had this urge to jump around too hahaa. After TMH and a few words to the fans, he sang "A Little Too Not Over You". Screams were deafening! Cause the song's well-known here. Goshh. That super high note. -dies- Whenever that line "I'm just a little too not over you..." is sang, he would look and point at one person gahh but not me ): Lol.

I was balancing the video cam on my left hand and the camera on my right hand haha. After ALTNOY, he went to the piano which was directly in front of me omg, and sang that song... "A Thousand Miles" Omg he changed up the song to his version. Well, every song really. He was like "If you guys know the song, then sing along!" He's adorable. Sigh.

Me: Hi, David!
David: Oh, hey! *looks up at me & grins, while I melt inside*
-He signs my album-
Me: Good luck with everything!
David: *looks up at me & grins again omg* Aww, thanks!

I will never forget that short exchange. Ever.

So the moment I went outside (we were supposed to, after the signing), Mai came to me and we screamed together! Lol. Whenever someone exits the mall, that person and some other people would scream haha! Okay so we waited for other DASG people to come out. Lydia was home by then. We spoke to Boy Thunder (or in Sal's words - Thunder Boy lol) from 913 for a while before Sal found out that his van was right at the back exit. So we walked there, waited for an hour or so cause he was still signing. Everyone signed the 2metre DASG banner. We planned to give it to him the next day.

Gosh. Some fans are so obssesive! Since it was cold, the car windows were foggy so some fans (yes, those shameless ones) left their phone numbers and emails on the van. I mean, there is a fine line between having respect for an artiste and just plain nuts and obssesive. Man, we were looking at them like ugh, you don't deserve to be here kind of look. Larissa was shaking her head. Hey, at least we know when it's too much. We found out that that was a decoy. He actually exited by the side door and there was another van there.... after some people found out, they ran after the van! Hahaha! We were just laughing our heads off. Then these group of girls, who were already in cab, followed the van! One of them gave us the middle finger, sheesh.

We realised it was really over after that. But not for some... like me... since we were meeting him the next day. I headed back home by MRT with Daniel and Mai after that. Gosh. I'll never forget that day.

I thought nothing could beat that day... until today (April 8th) happened.
