Name is never to be given out on internet. Rule set by loving parent. Oh who am I kidding? So yes, my name’s Jeneva. Most call me Jen and I most prefer it that way, thank you very much. Some call me Jenny. My dad calls me Neng. Until now, I never knew how that came about. I have a much much longer name but I'll leave it as it is for the sake of internet safety precautions... but on second thought, not that many people read this crappy blog... at least I don't think so.

Emotional is my middle name. Well, not really, but you know where I’m getting at. I cry at literally anything. Whether it’s happy/sad/sweet/ridiculous/pathetic, yep, I tear up. I seriously don’t know what’s wrong with me. I should get my tearducts checked, shouldn’t I? They’re uncontrollable it’s not even funny.

Sibling is fortunately one and only but that does not mean that she couldn’t be considered an endangered species and taken away, in case one of these days I go psycho, kill her, and then she becomes lost to the world. If I had 3 words to describe her: violent, rowdy, noisy. Mind you, she’s only 7. Keywords are ‘she’ and ‘7’.

Music is something I love. Of course, who doesn't? I'm not the kind who listens to anything, everything though I must admit. I cannot stand rock/hip-hop. Well, if it's John Mayer-esque rock, I'd love it. But if it's AC/DC-esque rock, I'd probably don't. Yeah, I'm picky. Being in my church choir, of course I love gospel music. Pop, Soul/Blues... yup. I think my dad plays a huge part in how I came about liking only those genre of music. The fact that I grew up in a Filipino community where we consider soprano-type voices fan-flippin-tastic doesn't help either.

TV is one thing I never have time for. If I'm lucky I may be able to watch a few shows a week. Other than that, I basically don't watch it. I know it exists. It just doesn't exist in the places I want it too. For me, it has always been the internet. Seriously, I cannot go a day without switching my computer on. I guess my so-called addiction on graphic design doesn’t help. Neither does knowing that there are awesome people waiting for me at Archuletafans.com, Team Archie and ZF. Besides, without the internet, how the heck could I act all Mission Impossible (in this case, possible) and find juicy stuff regarding Zac and Vanessa's relationship? Cyeah, I thought so.

Actors are people I have total respect for. I honestly can't imagine having a camera shoved in my face while I'm trying to do something that everyone else does. Besides, some of them are so good it’s just amazing to me that they can revert back to being normal people when they're roles are all over. I don’t know, being an actor is just not my forte. It’s funny how people say I could be an actress. After reading this paragraph, think again.

I find fan-girling insanely embarrassing but that hasn't stopped me yet. That's about it. True, my opinion about fan-girling isn't much of a clincher but hey, no one actually reads this part.

today's d-day!

OH MY GOSH.
Today was beyond awesome.
Funny, even!

So... I woke up at like 9am, I was supposed to meet Lily, Sal & Hakim @ Pasir Ris MRT Station then we'll make our way to Plaza Sing. Sure, it was a little awkward at first but then soon after, we acted like we were best friends! Haha! Sal & Hakim kept on bickering like an 'old married couple' <- Lily's words. We found out that Hakim was actually Sal's classmate. He was just there to take photos/videos. He wasn't even a fan, lol! But I think at the end of the day, we managed to convert him ( think) o_o Oh well, I can't even convince a classmate of mine to do such a thing. Yep, there's a spark right there.

The 4 of us talked about the randomness of stuff omg. Haha. Hakim's camera was his 'baby' apparently (it was a Canon 40/50/60 whatever SLR cam) - he named it Laura. I was like "Who names there camera? Pfft." Then Lily was like "Jen! I do!" Then I looked at her and said "No, wait! You're supposed to be supporting me!" Lol, then she said "Oh. Oh fine. Yeah! Who names their camera? Pfft!" Hahaha. Hakim's really sarcastic. And funny. Like really. Hmm, like Kyle! He has this American accent which is kinda awesome haha. So we finally reached Plaza Sing. We went to Starbuck's cause Sal told everyone to meet there. So we walked around... looking for people... we all wore white anyway (cause it was David's tour colour! Haha!). Then we walked past this girl (she was wearing white) and the 4 of us laughed caused we really don't know whether she saw there for the gathering. It was Eunice, apparently! The one who made all of this possible! She recognised me from my picture @ AF. She was the one who pre-ordered and everything!

We went inside Starbucks to chill cause we had about 3 more hours until the very first stock comes. We waited for the other to come too. Sal, Hakim & Lily bought Caramel Frappucinos and we just 'bonded' haha. More people came. Hazel, Kitty, Diana, Ian, Clara, Juliette, Weiyan & her friends... Hazel schools in MJC! Lily and I were like " *gasp* We live near there!" She had a paper today. Lily & Diana skipped school just to come! Lol, I love them.

After all the intros, we went inside Plaza Sing and into KFC to eat. We took like 30 min(?) to settle ourselves down cause we wanted tables that were right next to each other. No one wanted to buy anything to eat but in order to stay there, you must buy something. In the end, 3/4 of us bought foodstuff. So we were just all chatting, dissing Miley Cyrus, gushing, eating our cheese fries... the radio was playing in the background. 913FM I think. Then I said "Wouldn't it be awesome if "Crush" started playing?" and Lily, Diana, Kitty & Eunice (we were all in one table) were like "Gosh, yeah!" We were taking pics and stuff... minding our own business. Suddenly, Diana squealed! I was like "What? Why?" Then she said "THE RADIO! OMG "CRUSH" IS PLAYING!" Hahaha. Gosh! Everyone stopped then we heard cause the possibility that you would ever feel the same way about me and all of us screamed! Lmfao! Everyone in KFC looked at us like were crazy! By then there were like more than 14 of us already. After that excitment, more people came! Yasmin & Nora (Older Archies! about 30+?), Shikin, Lydia...

We still had an hour left before the stock came so Lydia shared her mags. Then Diana & Lily were like "We're gonna go down to Fairprice to buy Honey Bunches of Oats cereal!" Haha. David's favourite cereal. So I followed them. We found it! It was so expensive omg. $7 for a box of cereal. I didn't buy, only Liana & Lily did.

We went back to KFC and Lily let everyone taste it haha! Everyone just chilled there for a while then Sal said that maybe we should go check Sembawang Music now to see if the albums are there. So we went up and up and up to the third floor. Diana and Lily ran inside and asked the cashier. Apparently, the stocks haven't come yet so everyone waited outside of the Sembawang Music for it. It was getting pretty boring haha cause it was sooo long! We hanged around, talk here, talked there. But we went down again to Plaza Sing entrance to take group photos so that was pretty amusing. Hakim was the photographer so he used Laura (you know, his super nice camera) and 7 other cameras from people haha. We went up again after that and waited outside Sembawang Music again.

Then suddenly, there was this uncle. He was pulling like 3 boxes of stuff and rolls of paper on top of the boxes - and was heading towards Sembawang Music. Someone shouted "OMG IS THIS IT?!" Everyone screamed like hell! The uncle was so shocked haha he almost ran inside! Some started hyperventilating, and followed the uncle inside! Hahaha. Lily, Ian, Sal, Hakim and I stayed outside and were like "We don't know them..." Then we heard ripping of scotch tape and Lydia shouting from inside "FALSE ALARM! IT WASN'T THE ALBUM!" Lol. Simultaneous "Awww"s were heard. Lily and I laughed super hard. It was so funny! The SM people were kinda scared of us hahaha. We were all super hyper!

While outside SM, we found out that Nora flew to the States and met david! Like Larissa! Diana was like "Oh my god, you actually stared into his mesmerizing eyes..." and Nora, feeling cheeky, said "Yes, of course..." and all of us were like "We hate you. So much." Haha. She even showed us a picture of her and David together! it was her phone's screensaver! Everyone screamed when we saw the photo. Yep. Everyone = jealous.

Lily and I remembered that we still had 3 packets of the flyers so we 'briefed' the group about what to do - explain the gifting campaign and such - and we all split to hand out the flyers. Lily, Diana, Lydia, Shikin and I went outside of Plaza Sing to give them out while Hakim was taking pics of us o_o We found out no one is practically outside so we went inside Plaza Sing again and up to Golden Village cause we figured there would be a lot of teenagers there. We thought wrong. But... there was this group of JC girls. Lily approached them and said "Hi! Do you guys listen to English music?" They were like "Uh... sure?" Lily: "Do you guys know who David Archuleta is? He sang "Crush"!" Girls: "Uh..." Diana: "Come on, remember!" Girls: "Uh... English music?" Lily: "Oh. Never mind then..." We walked away and I asked what happened. Lily was like "They were hesitating to answer whether they listen to English music or not! Ugh." Haha.

Her phone started ringing, she answered, stopped in her tracks, screamed, put the phone down and told me, Lily, Diana and Shikin "OMG! CLARA CALLED! THE ALBUM'S OUT!" So the 5 of us screamed/squealed our heads of and ran all the way to the 3rd floor. Mind you, we were at Golden Village, 7th floor and we ran all the way down. We were thankful we didn't bump into anybody! So many "OMG! WHICH FLOOR! CRAP! NOT THIS ONE! DOWN DOWN DOWN! LEFT! NO WAIT HERE! WAIT FOR ME!" were heard hahaha. We screamed all the way down and ran inside Sembawang Music! The others were there already! Sal managed to record us running in! Hahaha! It was funny! Clara showed us her copy and we screamed our heads of! The others were like hyprventilating! Sembawang Music was like supre noisy! Then Sheryl came! To buy as well. We were queuing up... Diana was like "I can't breathe!" Then someone opened up the free poster/calendar that was given for free and everyone screamed again! Weiyan opened up the CD and shouted "WHO WANTS TO SEE THE INSIDE?!" and some screamed and ran to her omg. Hahaha.

Alvin came to get his copy! He was an older Archie! Like my dad probably? I found out he was filipino! Yay! Woot! Do you know how many copies he bought?! 10. 10 freaking copies of the CD. Which meant that he had 10 posters too! Diana asked him "Can I have one?" and he was like "Sure!" and gave her one. She screamed! Haha. He gave out all of the posters he had so in the end, I have 2! Woot! He was super kind. After he bought, he waved goodbye. We stayed inside SM for so long, hyperventilating and such. Hazel said "If we promise to keep quiet, I might convince them to play the album..." Haha. So they did! Some really had to clamp their mouths shut from squealing! "Crush", "Touch My Hands" and "Barriers" were played. Everyone sang along... it was super fun. It was like a mini-choir haha.

After that, we finally went out of SM and decided to sit somewhere just to chat. Some people actually needed to go so we recorded a 20-30 second video for David's Bday to be submitted to Team Archie. He'll see it! XDD We ended up recording it in one of those empty hallways in MRT Stations haha! Everyone left after that :( I hugged Aunt Yasmin (yeah, I should call her Aunt) and waved goodbye to everyone. Aunt Yasmin was like "Bye Arch Angels!" Haha. I went home with Lily & Lydia. And while the 3 of us were walking away, I shouted to them "Today was beyond awesome!" Lols. We all will definitely meet again in the future!

PS: I know that avatar on top is out of place. It's cause of the huge pictures haha.

PPS: I bought John Mayer's "Continuum" album as well! Woot! *strikes off wishlist*
