Name is never to be given out on internet. Rule set by loving parent. Oh who am I kidding? So yes, my name’s Jeneva. Most call me Jen and I most prefer it that way, thank you very much. Some call me Jenny. My dad calls me Neng. Until now, I never knew how that came about. I have a much much longer name but I'll leave it as it is for the sake of internet safety precautions... but on second thought, not that many people read this crappy blog... at least I don't think so.

Emotional is my middle name. Well, not really, but you know where I’m getting at. I cry at literally anything. Whether it’s happy/sad/sweet/ridiculous/pathetic, yep, I tear up. I seriously don’t know what’s wrong with me. I should get my tearducts checked, shouldn’t I? They’re uncontrollable it’s not even funny.

Sibling is fortunately one and only but that does not mean that she couldn’t be considered an endangered species and taken away, in case one of these days I go psycho, kill her, and then she becomes lost to the world. If I had 3 words to describe her: violent, rowdy, noisy. Mind you, she’s only 7. Keywords are ‘she’ and ‘7’.

Music is something I love. Of course, who doesn't? I'm not the kind who listens to anything, everything though I must admit. I cannot stand rock/hip-hop. Well, if it's John Mayer-esque rock, I'd love it. But if it's AC/DC-esque rock, I'd probably don't. Yeah, I'm picky. Being in my church choir, of course I love gospel music. Pop, Soul/Blues... yup. I think my dad plays a huge part in how I came about liking only those genre of music. The fact that I grew up in a Filipino community where we consider soprano-type voices fan-flippin-tastic doesn't help either.

TV is one thing I never have time for. If I'm lucky I may be able to watch a few shows a week. Other than that, I basically don't watch it. I know it exists. It just doesn't exist in the places I want it too. For me, it has always been the internet. Seriously, I cannot go a day without switching my computer on. I guess my so-called addiction on graphic design doesn’t help. Neither does knowing that there are awesome people waiting for me at Archuletafans.com, Team Archie and ZF. Besides, without the internet, how the heck could I act all Mission Impossible (in this case, possible) and find juicy stuff regarding Zac and Vanessa's relationship? Cyeah, I thought so.

Actors are people I have total respect for. I honestly can't imagine having a camera shoved in my face while I'm trying to do something that everyone else does. Besides, some of them are so good it’s just amazing to me that they can revert back to being normal people when they're roles are all over. I don’t know, being an actor is just not my forte. It’s funny how people say I could be an actress. After reading this paragraph, think again.

I find fan-girling insanely embarrassing but that hasn't stopped me yet. That's about it. True, my opinion about fan-girling isn't much of a clincher but hey, no one actually reads this part.

Articulating the queer buzzes in my brain

Man, today was unforgettable! Well... at least I think so cuz I don't remember half of it. Lol, blame Wan Yin if this blog post don't come out right. She wanted me to post something! Nah, just kidding. I love you girl! :) But... seriously. Don't blame me.

Moving on! Well, when I woke up today, my first reaction was "HELL YEAH! TODAY'S FRIDAY!" then I suddenly remembered about tomorrow's Poetry Slam workshop... and yeah, you could guess the rest. Ergh. Speaking of which, Wan Yin finally joined the Slammers! Welcome to the club-that-i-desperately-want-to-get-out-of! Good luck. Hey, at least you're my non-poetry writing buddy. So we'll embarrass ourselves together tomorrow. Wouldn't that be awesome? *insert fake smile/snicker/smirk here* Did you sense the sarcasm there? Of course you did!

Wow... I'm rambling.

Anyways... PE was okay, I guess. We literally didn't do much. We just sat there, lol. We took height and weight and Mr Wong (is that his name? lol) issued papers about changing CCAs and application for Modular CCAs, which is funny, really. C`mon! Out of all subjects, they choose PE to announce that? Not that I'm complaining... I hate PE as I hate Pen... yes, it's that bad.

Geography was suckish. We have another freaking project. Don't want to explain. Annoys me too much. C'mon people! it's the first week of school. Give us a break man! Then, there was reccess. TERIYAKI CHICKEN! I'm sure that explain's everything, right? Well then. NEXT!

Mother tongue was tolerable. Thank God it was only 1 period. Maths was just okay too. Except that I only understood a teeny weeny itsy bitsy (yellow polka dot bikini) part of the lesson today... A prime intersect B prime... A prime instersect B... A union B... ARGH! Note to self: read the textbook. Which reminds me... I have a page of Maths homework to be done. *thud*

Now... *drumroll please* the HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY! It all happened during the Poetry Slam meeting... compliments to Kiran, Bryan and Nidia. Those three should open up a stand-up comedy bar! Lol! Miss Chin wanted to eat lunch so we were all alone in the AVA room. So as expected, we fooled around instead of working on our poems... well... we fooled around AND worked on our poems at the same time.

The guys started chasing each other around the room... whatever reason... I don't know and I don't wanna know... So Bryan was chasing Kiran and couldn't catch him at all until they were tired and everyone felt dizzy. And I thought Kiran was the more oriented one! For a SPLIT moment, everyone actually started doing work. Nidia + Kiran = Chaos. But funny stuff, those two. Then... came the piano. The guys played the piano and we wasted like 20 minutes of our time. Lol. Kiran was acting all professional and was like "I'll try and become Einstein!" and played stupid notes on the piano while everyone just can't stop laughing! I think I started crying... man, I don't know how to explain the situation ( I TOLD YOU KYLE!) but if you were there. You won't ever forget it.`Nuff said.

And then Kiran realised that all that piano playing gave Nidia inspiration cuz she wrote one stanza on a poem we were working on. And I SWEAR he turned to a girl for a minute there. he like clapped his hands in an un-manly (is there such a word? *snorts*) way and said "Ahh! That's incredible! See? Music solves everything!" *runs back to the piano and starts playing wildly with Byran to give Nidia more inspiration* while Wan Yin's group and I just laughed and laughed and laughed. And laughed. We were close to stopping but Wan Yin said "My cheeks hurt!" and that made us laugh even more! Kiran and Bryan were still playing stupid tunes looking serious and everything. Haha!

Then Wan Yin (Wow, she's everywhere in this post!) turned on music from her phone, after everything calmed down (or so we thought). It was kinda soft from where we were sitting so Nidia, Kiran, Bryan and I can't really hear the lyrics. Then, everything went serious again for a moment. Wan Yin (see? she's everywhere!) asked us what are our thought on stand-up comedy. Kiran didn't undestand and said "Well, you stand up and make people laugh, what else?" Then, everyone bursted out laughing again. Miss Chin still hasn't come back yet! Tsk, tsk, tsk.

Hahahaha! Then we went on about "Whose Line Is It Anyway?"! Nidia kept on imitating Colin from the show and it was hella funny! Especially when she imitated Colin's "Im feisty!" line. Hahahaha, I can't stop laughing! Then I was like "I'll be Drew Carrey! *makes the buzzer sound*" and she laughed non-stop too!

Sigh...

Yeah, we went nuts.

One of the best school days ever, imo.

Second; I realised tomorrow's workshop is not gonna be THAT bad.

Third; I had the money to take the cab home!

Fourth; Archie forgetting he's famous now!

PS: When Kiran said he wanted to be Einstein when he played the piano? I don't get it. Shouldn't it be Mozart or Beethoven or something? HAHA!
